Insomnia

ahhhhhhh! i cant sleep! i have been tossing and turning in bed for like nearly 2 hours and i still couldnt get to sleep! T.T

please please stop my mind from generating nonsense and let me sleep soon!

OG Outing

tadah! yesterday, the og met at city hall for a gathering. initially we wanted to go to marina square, but after some discussion they decided to go to mind's cafe at dhoby ghaut. it's my first time there though. so i just followed them to take the bus. poor ziyun. he was standing just beside the bus waving to the bus driver but the driver ignored him completely and drove off. haha! and hey, a lot of people saw it okay! it's just that i happened to lol-ed, as much as i tried not to.

when we reached the place, i was super hungry! so i am like amongst the first to order before the rest. haha! but in the end when my order came, it didnt come to me also, so i guess it doesnt make any difference after all. we didnt play a lot of games in total, but we played each game long enough. and i learnt a few new and interesting games also. taboo was so funny! i still remember how misleading leliang was. lol!

after playing for 4 hours, it's home sweet home time. on the way back home, only ziyun, kenneth and i took the JE side since the rest all are taking the green line. they was like saying their stomach were filled with air already because they laughed too much and so they dont feel hungry. but i am eh! hmm maybe they laughed more than i do?

and and, i felt so pampered yesterday! repeating a million and one times: thank you! :D

Recess Week

today is the first day of recess week! oh the feeling of not having to go to school is so nice, it almost feels like i have gone back in time to 2 months ago. feeling so lazy right now but i know i need to start work! have to start revising for mid term which is after the recess break. i perfectly understand the frustration also, sometimes i am so angry at myself for not being able to do what i am supposed to.

but come to think of it, when we are always dying for something to end faster, at the end of the day, we might just forget how to live also. if the process is part of living, maybe we should try to embrace and appreciate it somehow :D

Me Myself And My P-Plate

whee! today being a sun, i shall give myself some rest before i start doing some work during the recess break!

on friday, something quite funny happened during tutorial. the tutor always ask for volunteers to do the tut questions but so as usual none of us will go up. so he have no choice but to pick students to do. and i noticed he'll always ask me up every tutorial no matter where i sit! so i was like telling my friend oh i'm so unlucky. then my friend said maybe it's because i look stupid. so bad! but perhaps it's true T.T i thought he walked away already, but who knows he's just standing behind us and was laughing away! oh my i might just have to do questions every tut already.

anyway, daddy went to see the new nissan car, called teana! sounds like such a girl's name but the car is quite big and manly actually. so i suppose buying that car will be like buying a wife like that! anyway, the uncle that tried to sell the car to my daddy reminded me that my license is nearly 6 months already! 5 and a half month to be exact. so i couldnt help it but took this photo below! :D and daddy was like saying he's worried for me because i cant remember the roads. lol.

Happy Birthday Mummy!

half a sem is over (yes i know it now) and recess break is coming! but it also means that mid term is coming as well. how prepared am i for that? 10% maybe. for my effort to attempt tutorials before i attend them. 90% is gone because even though i attempted but i didnt know how to do most of them. that is like super sad. so for a moment i thought being a cat is good! i heard they have nine lifes? haha! like some cockcroach that refuse to die somehow. that's the spirit, right? haha!

anyway today is mummy's birthday, and there is going to be a dinner celebration tonight! my sister said mummy should just stuff me inside the rubbish bin when i am born. just because i cant remember birthdays (or in fact cant remember much things at all)! that's like so cruel. i'm so fortunate she's not the one who gave birth to me. lol.

Lil Surprise

on fri, it was girls' day out with my jc clique! it's been quite long since we gathered together, and it's super fun though we just had a simple meal at clementi. i hope we get to meet up real soon, so we can have another round of girls talk and good laugh :D

okay, after we had our late lunch/ early dinner, we went to JE to buy the ingredients to make mooncake! stayed there for like 1 hour. there seem like not many things to buy but i dont undestand why i take so long to gather everything. and they're not very light also. but many thanks to keety and ah dan who helped me with it :D

so so, saturday i embarked on my lil experiment on mooncake making. it's my first attempt! so i dont know what to expect also. i paused in between to take photos of the process with my phone to share with you guys.

Happy Day

i am here to blog again! today is my free day, which makes me a happy girl!

i just checked my gradebook on ivle for my homework score. just as i am mentally prepared to see a 3/5 for my module, to my surprise, i got 5/5 instead! i am sure i made some mistakes somewhere, but i guess the tutor is super lenient! okay, so this is my motivation to continue doing well for that module to repay his kindness haha! but just as i said so i realise i haven even done his next tutorial and assignment yet T.T okay okay i shall do it later!

yesterday has been a very brain cracking day trying to do the programming assignment, with the greatly appreciated help of the programming prodigy, kky and the mental support giver aka entertainment provider, bh. we still encountered problems after some struggle. i guess during tml's lab i'm going to ask the tutor why some of the commands cannot work. well, at least there's a near completion product for him to see already and i didnt just ask him what to do for the assignment. i shall pray that he is willing to give me some constructive feedback too, at least for my effort!

okay okay, something outside of the very dry school stuff in case everyone reading this starts falling asleep haha! mid autumn fest is just this sun! i'm so looking forward to it! not like i have alot of activities on that day or something. but still, the thought of it gives me the simple happiness i needed. hehe!

i also just realise there aint much photos recently in my blog. okay so, i decided i shall give some of my buddies who have helped me some fame in my blog! give me a moment, i'll go dig for some photos that i haven post of them in my blog yet.

Updates

ahh sometimes i really wonder what is it that is occupying my mind that made me hardly remember anything. well, let's just see what i can make out of my unreliable stm brain to blog then. lol!

oh ya. finally, the mkt reports are submitted! it's really a struggle to finish them in time, and i'm really grateful to those who have supported me throughout. thank you!

i am also blessed to have a good and fun loving tutor for the mkt module. in fact i am blessed to have good tutors for all my modules except for one. it sounds so bad of me to say that, but it's like something agreed upon by everyone else. a student even wrote a complaint email about it which he showed on the lecture today. but i dont think he going to do anything about it. he was saying, 'Being hated is part of my job.' omg! it's as good as telling us 'Failing this module is part of our destiny' too.

it's okay. let's hope things get better along the way.

Busy Week

hi ppl! it's been long since i am back to blogging. haha! i'm so sorry for not updating it because i have been quite busy nowadays, and i still am! hopefully by the end of next week, things will start going normal again and the assignment conveyor belt will not be running that fast anymore that it jams my system.
